From North of Jacksonville: Take I-95 South to State Road 9A South, exit 362-A. Take State Road 9A South to Zoo Parkway/Jecksher Drive exit (State Road 105). Turn left (East) on SR 105 for approximately 10 miles. Ferry ramp is located on the right at 9618 Heckscher Drive.

From Yulee/Fernandina Area: Go south from Fernandina Beach on SR A1A. Continue traveling South on SR A1A for approximately 16 miles. Ferry ramp is located on the left at 9618 Heckscher Drive.

From South of Jacksonville: Take I-95 North to State Road 9A, exit 61B. Take 9A North to the Merrill Road exit, turn right (East). Stay on Merrill Road for 8 miles (road name becomes Ft. Caroline Road, McCormick Road, Mt. Pleasant Road and finally Wonderwood Expressway). Turn left (North) at the intersection of the Wonderwood Expressway and SR A1A. Travel 3.25 miles into the Village of Mayport. Ferry Ramp is locates at 4780 Ocean Street.

From West of Jacksonville: Take I-10 East towards Jacksonville. Take I-295 North (this becomes State Road 9A). Pass the interchange for I-95, staying on I-295/SR 9A for an additional 6 miles to Zoo Parkway/Heckscher Drive (SR 105/SR A1A) exit and turn left. Travel approximately 10 miles, the ferry ramp is on the right at 9618 Heckscher Drive.

From the Beaches: Travel North on SR A1A (SR A1A is 3rd Street in Jacksonville Beach and Neptune Beach). Turn left (West) at the intersection of Atlantic Blvd. (continuation of SR A1A North) and 3rd Street and travel apporximately 1.5 miles. Take the Mayport Road North approximately 3.25 miles to the Mayport Road and SR A1A fork. Take the left fork to continue on SR A1A approximately 4.5 miles into the Village of Mayport. Ferry ramp is located at 4780 Ocean Street.
